The wedge

The old way punishes the people who don't need it most.

Job boards were built for full-time job hunting. You have a full-time job.

The old way
  • Hours scrolling listings
  • Dead posts and recycled jobs
  • Researching every company from scratch
  • Rewriting your resume every weekend
  • Guessing keywords to beat filters
  • Recruiters in your inbox
  • Public profiles. "Open to work."
Passive
  • A feed that learns what fits
  • Roles validated before they reach you
  • Company intel built into every role
  • One tap. Tailored to the job.
  • Resumes built to clear ATS, written for humans
  • No recruiters. No noise.
  • Nobody sees you looking.
How it works

Discover · Research · Apply.

The job search used to be three separate jobs. We made it one.

01 Discover

A feed that learns what you actually want.

Upload your resume. Tell us what matters — comp range, work style, the things you'd never put on LinkedIn. The feed sharpens with every tap. Roles you'd never find by searching show up because they fit, not because they trended.

02 Research

Know the company before you apply.

Every company says it's a great place to work. We aggregate first- and third-party data — comp, benefits, what employees actually say — into one unbiased view, so you get the real picture without scouring the internet.

03 Apply Premium

One tap. Tailored to the job.

Unlimited resume tailoring: every application gets a resume rewritten for the role and the ATS that screens it. Premium also unlocks deeper company insight — a fuller view of who the company is and the benefits they actually offer.

Now in private beta

Frequently asked

The questions everyone's quietly thinking.

Will my employer or coworkers see I'm using this?

No. There's no public profile, no "open to work" signal, no shared activity. Your account is invisible to anyone you haven't chosen to engage with. When you apply, your name reaches the company you applied to — and nobody else. That's the whole point.

Who is Passive built for?

People who want to stay aware of the market without making it a second job. You're employed and probably not actively looking — but you don't want to miss the role that would change everything. Passive is for the version of you who'd rather spend five minutes a day staying informed than twenty hours when something forces your hand.

How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?

Different category, really. LinkedIn is a professional network with jobs attached. Indeed is a search engine for jobs. Passive is a discovery feed — closer in shape to how you scroll for news or recipes than how you've used job sites before. You don't search. You don't post a profile. You open the app, see what's new in your slice of the market, and tap when something's worth a closer look.

Do I have to be actively looking?

No. Most of our users aren't. Passive is built as a daily check-in — open it for a few minutes, see what's new, tap on what catches your eye. The more you use it, the sharper the feed gets. You're not hunting. You're noticing.

How does the AI resume tailoring actually work?

Start with what it doesn't do: it doesn't fabricate experience, invent skills, or stretch dates. What it does is rewrite the resume you already have, so the language matches the role and clears the ATS that screens it. You see every change before anything goes. You can edit any section. The line between reframing your experience and making things up is the whole product — and we don't cross it.

Is Passive free?

Yes and no. The discovery side — browsing roles, researching companies, deciding what's worth pursuing — is free. Premium unlocks two things: unlimited AI tailoring (every application gets a resume rewritten for the role and the ATS that screens it) and deeper company insight (a fuller view of who the company actually is and the benefits they actually offer, beyond the surface). We built it that way on purpose: knowing what's out there shouldn't cost you anything. Acting with leverage is where the work is, and where we charge.

Job boards were built for the desperate. We built Passive for the discerning.

If you're happy where you are but open to better — this is your invitation.
